  • Your first appointment typically includes an assessment of your symptoms, health history, and movement patterns. Your clinician will explain what they find, answer your questions, and build a personalized plan. This is including treatment (when appropriate) and home-care recommendations to help you improve between visits.

  • Yes. We offer direct billing with all major insurance providers, including ICBC. If direct billing isn’t available for your plan, we can provide receipts so you can submit for reimbursement.

  • Yes. We provide concussion care, including baseline testing, concussion treatment, and return-to-play/work/learn support. If you’re experiencing symptoms like headaches, dizziness, brain fog, or sensitivity to light/sound after a head injury, we can help.

  • We’re located in the Willoughby Professional Centre in Langley, BC — above G&F Financial at the corner of 208th Street and Willoughby Town Centre Drive. You can book online anytime, or contact us and our team will help you choose the right service.
